Eagle View apartment is a very private upstairs unit with a deck that overlooks the San Juan River and has great views of the mountains. The apartment includes a queen bed, full bath, full kitchen and a full-size futon. TV with Satellite, DVD player and stereo are also included for your enjoyment. A gas fireplace heats the space in the winter while an air conditioner helps keep it cool in the summer months. All linens, dishware, utensils are included as well as a coffee pot and crock pot.

Cabins require a 25% non-refundable deposit at the time of reservation. Pets are welcome with a pet fee of $30 for one pet, $50 for two.
Parties of 4 or more will be charged a $50 cleaning fee.
